Powerful and reliable electric pump units

In recent years, significant investments have been made in the further development of electric pump technology. Emission-free construction is playing an increasingly important role in the civil engineering and industrial sectors, where electrically driven pump sets have become indispensable.

In addition to their quiet operation, these pumps contribute to a significant reduction in CO₂, nitrogen, and particulate matter emissions. Moreover, they are energy-efficient, low-maintenance, and ideal for use in locations with noise and emission restrictions. With the latest generation of electric pump sets, Van Heck combines sustainability with the high capacity and reliability that customers worldwide are accustomed to.

Our electric pumping systems are designed for continuous and efficient use. With a flow rate of 1,000 m³ to 12,700 m³ per hour per pump. Whether set up dry or wet, there is always a suitable electric solution for every water management issue.

Features of our electrically driven pump units

  • The pump sets are quiet, low-maintenance, and user-friendly.
  • All electrically driven pump sets run on three phases; 400 Volt, 50-60 Hz.
  • The advanced PLC-controlled frequency converters are extremely suitable for this.

Wet setup

The electrically driven pump sets are practically deployable because no dry setup location is required. With spud poles and base plates, they can be placed at the desired height, even on uneven ground. For example, the pump sets can be installed directly in the inflow of a pumping station to temporarily take over its function. This allows you to hire electric pumps for temporary water drainage, water diversion or to supplement existing pumping capacity.

Dry setup

Our electric pump sets can also be deployed flexibly in a dry installation. Thanks to the combination of a vacuum system and non-return valve developed by Van Heck, the pump sets are self-priming.

This results in a reliable electric pumping system suitable for a wide range of applications within temporary drainage, water management and water transfer.
