The most reliable diesel-driven pump units

Since the 1980s, we have been developing our own diesel-driven pump units that have become more efficient and modern over the years. Thanks to decades of practical experience and continuous innovation, our pump sets have evolved into reliable installations that are deployed worldwide under the most extreme conditions.

Looking for the rental of diesel driven pumps? Our diesel-driven pump units are designed for high capacities, high pressures and maximum operational reliability. From large-scale dredging projects and temporary water displacement to emergencies and infrastructure works: Van Heck's installations consistently perform when downtime is not an option.

To be deployable worldwide, we build our pump units compact and powerful in Lloyds SCS-certified container frames, ensuring a maximum amount of power can be delivered within a minimal footprint. This makes the installations easy to transport and suitable for locations where space is limited, such as offshore projects or construction sites.

Pump units that perform under the toughest conditions

The reliability of our units is made possible in part by the use of Caterpillar Stage V engines. Multiple Van Heck HK800 and HK700 units ran continuously for 18 months in Saudi Arabia at temperatures up to 50°C during the construction of a new port. These projects demonstrate that our pump sets are built for continuous use under the harshest conditions.

Additionally, we continuously invest in cleaner and more efficient technologies. Our modern diesel-powered pump units combine high performance with fuel efficiency and meet the strictest emission standards. With smart cooling systems and advanced engine technology, our installations can operate 24/7, even in extreme heat or challenging environments.

Van Heck exclusively rents out its own pump units. This way, we maintain full control over quality, maintenance, and performance, so our customers worldwide can rely on reliable and immediately deployable solutions.

Features of our diesel-powered pump units

  • Designed and built in-house (and extensively tested) for use under extreme conditions, such as ambient temperatures up to 50°C.
  • A construction site or even a desert with a lot of dust poses no problems, as the pump sets are equipped as standard with special air filters.
  • The high-quality engines of the pump sets are suitable for full load and 24/7 use.
  • Thanks to the combination of the Van Heck developed vacuum installation and check valve, the pump sets are self-priming.
  • Through smart control and telemetry, the pump sets operate autonomously and can also be remotely controlled and monitored.
  • The units can be equipped with various types of soundproofing.
  • The pump units are available with double-walled diesel tanks of 3,000 or 10,000 liters, including fuel hoses.
