Safety as part of our corporate culture

Safe working starts with awareness. Therefore, we work according to the principles of the Safety Culture Ladder (SCL) Level 3. This certification shows that safety is not only documented in procedures but also embedded in our daily actions.

We promote an open safety culture where employees address each other, identify risks in a timely manner, and continuously work on improvements. By sharing experiences and learning from each other, we enhance safety on our projects every day.

Quality without compromise

Our pumping and siphon installations are fully designed, built, tested, and maintained in-house. By performing engineering, assembly, service, and maintenance under one roof, we can ensure quality throughout the entire process.

Our quality management system complies with ISO 9001, with which we continuously work on improvement, customer satisfaction, and reliable project execution.

Health and safe working

Van Heck's work often takes place in complex project environments, such as construction sites, hydraulic engineering works, and offshore locations. That is why we pay a lot of attention to the health and safety of our employees and partners.
