Cable Trenching

Jet trenching is often used in the construction of offshore wind farms and pipelines. A jet lance or trencher injects water under high pressure into the soil, temporarily liquefying it so cables or pipelines can settle to the desired depth in the seabed.

With our broad fleet of pumps, we deliver exactly the pressure and flow needed for every jet trenching application. Ballasting

The construction of quay walls, bridges, foundations, tunnels, and artificial islands often employs caissons. This technique allows caissons to be accurately sunk to the seabed, forming a solid foundation for various structures.

These caissons are built on the quay and then equipped with water pumps to control the sinking process accurately. By filling the caissons with water, they descend step-by-step to the correct position and depth. With the right pump configuration, we ensure a stable, safe, and predictable process, even with large volumes, complex conditions, or tight project schedules.
