Interest in Van Heck’s emergency plans from Singapore

At the invitation of the Hunze and Aa’s water board, Van Heck was able to present its approach to Emergency Plans for water management to a delegation from Singapore yesterday. Van Heck owes this to its good relationship with the water boards and the characteristic systematic approach to this.

The meeting took place in an inspiring environment; at the Rozema pumping station.

For this pumping station we were able to deliver an extensive Emergency Plan last year for the backup of more than 97,000m3/hour of water displacement.

Construction of new pumping station in Singapore

Due to the great knowledge of the Netherlands in water management and land reclamation, a large Dutch contractor will start building a nearly similar pumping station in Singapore.

For this, in due course, a Van Heck Emergency Plan will also have to be delivered.
